• Payment: We accept: VISA, M/C, Amex, Diners, Interac, traveler's cheques & cash. Sorry, no personal cheques. Banks & ATMs are 3 blocks away.
• Cancellation Policy: Madrid and Coppertone Suites: Nightly rates: 50% of stay refundable up to 14 days prior to reserved dates (less $25 administrative fee per room). Granville Suite and Weekly and Monthly stays: 50% deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to reserved dates (less $50 administration fee per room). Any special rates are final bookings, non-refundable.
• Tax: Rates subject only to 7% Goods and Services Tax.
GST is refundable to international visitors.
• All rates are subject to change without notice.
Rates are guaranteed when deposit is received.
• Check In: after 4:00pm. Door codes are emailed to our guests, so you are able to arrive at your convenience to enter your suite.
• Check Out: 11:00am.
• Pets: In consideration of our visitors with allergies, we do not accept pets. Convenient pet accommodation is available at Huggable Hound Daycare (604-730-1299).
• Smoking: Our house and all units are totally smoke free. Smoking is permitted on our covered verandas.
• Kitchens: Cleaning of the kitchen and washing of the dishes and utensils will be the responsibility of the guest. Housekeeping services can be provided at an additional charge.
• Housekeeping: Madrid and Coppertone have daily housekeeping during June – September, weekly during October – May. Granville is a self-catered suite rear round.
• Candles: Due to fire regulations we cannot permit the use of candles in any of our suites.
